Babar is an industry‑leading driving instructor in Canberra, widely recognised for his exceptional attention to detail, clear communication style, and ability to motivate learner drivers to become safe, confident drivers for life — not just drivers who pass a test.

With a background as an elite sports coach in Europe and Australia, Babar brings proven coaching methodologies into driver education, helping young and first‑time drivers manage risk, decision‑making, and real‑world road behaviour.

Babar has worked extensively across the motor industry in both the UK and Australia and is a passionate motoring professional. During lessons, he ensures students fully understand their vehicle’s capabilities, limitations, and associated risks.

He developed and presented the Advanced Low‑Risk Driving Program, receiving strong community and student feedback for its practical road‑safety outcomes.

In addition to teaching learners, Babar also assesses and mentors other driving instructors working towards their Certificate IV qualification, operating as part of a recognised RTO environment.

Deeply involved in the Canberra community, Babar regularly presents road safety and driver education programs to schools, colleges, and community groups. He played a key role in launching the RYDA Program in Canberra in 2011 and has remained an active presenter ever since.

Babar is the only Keys2Drive Platinum Instructor in Canberra, reflecting his long‑term commitment to evidence‑based driver training and meaningful parent–learner–instructor collaboration.

Before co‑founding National Driving Academy, Babar served as Chief Instructor and General Manager of NRMA Safer Driving Schools in Canberra and Queanbeyan, overseeing recruitment, training, and quality assurance.

He teaches automatic driving lessons in a modern Toyota Corolla Hybrid Sport, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and environmentally responsible learning environment.
