Driving Lesson Online Bookings

We are happy to be back online from 21st April.

As you are aware, at the end of March we took a safety first approach to the Covid-19 situation and suspended operations in all of our driving schools, including National Driving Academy in the ACT.



We understand that this may have caused some concerns for our customers and we apologise for any temporary disruption to your training. Thank you to the many customers who sent us emails of support for our actions. 

 

What we are doing to minimize risks

  • We ask that you only do your driving lesson when you are healthy. If you need to cancel before the forfeit period please log in to your online account and cancel at anytime. If cancelling within the 24 hour forfeit period you will have to email info@nationaldriving.com.au
  • All of our team are conscious of your health and theirs and will make every effort to wipe down the contact points in the vehicle between students.
    Here is April from our Queensland team demonstrating the cleaning process.

New simplified online vouchers!

We know from your feedback that most people love our online booking system. We have taken this downtime to streamline the process even more. Now simpler than every to book online!

New bookings or vouchers purchased from today cab be used for either AUTO or MANUAL lessons. Please ensure that you choose your Instructor based on their transmission type and suburb.

 

If you have existing vouchers 

Firstly these have been extended to cover and delays caused by Covid-19 requirements. If you have existing vouchers you will need to select the OLD DRIVING LESSON menu on the left when making a booking.


The NEW VOUCHER SYSTEM does not have AUTO or Manual in the description and these can be used from the Driving Lessons menu. See the video below for help.

Limited Call Centre Support

Our national Call Centre is based on the Gold Coast and unfortunately remains closed due to restriction operating in Queensland.
