Supporting Community Activities with a focus on road safety

National Driving Academy is actively involved in driver education and other road safety related activities. We are passionate about making a difference to the high young driver fatality rate.

Our key activities include:

  • RYDA
  • Braking the Cycle (PCYC)
  • Braking the Cycle (Queensland and NT Group Training Association)
  • Diabetics Association
  • Menslink

Together with our instructors we will gladly assist organisations and colleges with subject expert presentations on road safety.

We have chosen Menslink as our charity partner this year. Menslink is a Canberra charity that supports young men across our region. Menslink aims to help them develop their positive potential in all areas of their lives, through both our Mentoring Program and our Counselling Service.

The goal is to help young men get over the hurdles and challenges in their lives and develop into responsible, contributing adult men and members of society. Since 2002 Menslink have assisted over one thousand young men in making their way into the adult world. All our services are free to young blokes and their families.

In a joint initiative between Menslink and National Driving Academy we will be presenting AUTOLINK a program to provide basic car care, road rules and insurance knowledge.

All proceeds will go to the charity. We'd love you to support this program when it is launched. Not only will AUTOLINK be fun, informative and great networking, but your nominal admission fee will go to a great cause.

Keep an eye on our website for the dates and locations commencing in May 2014.
